Karthik Sathuragiri is Director of Asia Pacific Marketing at Akamai. His responsibilities include leading Akamai’s Field Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales Productivity and Account Development organizations across the Asia Pacific region. Karthik has over 13 years of technology marketing, product management and business development experience.
Karthik joined Akamai in 2007 as a member of the global marketing organization where he held several roles including account development, field marketing and campaign management. He was appointed Director of Americas marketing in 2011 where he built a 100+ strong organization in Bangalore running a variety of marketing disciplines.
Prior to Akamai, Karthik was running marketing and public relations organizations for IBM, and SAP in India.
Karthik has a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madras University and is involved with multiple NGOs promoting child education as a means for social change.
