David Hoppe is an experienced video games lawyer based in San Francisco and founder of Gamma Law, focused on representing developers and publishers with international licensing, US business, and other transactions. His experience includes serving as general counsel of Capcom USA, and for several years he has represented a large mobile game publisher with licensed content from nearly all major Hollywood studios and one of the most popular F2P games ever released. Previously David was international counsel for a NASDAQ-listed internet media company. He practiced for several years in Europe and Japan, and speaks Japanese proficiently.
