IGDA Finland and Pocket Gamer want as many folks as possible to have a chance to take part in this event, regardless of location. To make everything more accessible and convenient for our friends outside the Helsinki area we are organising bus rides from hubs at certain sports around the country. The buses, provided by Pocket Gamer, are completely free of charge – you just need to register here and turn up!
We will need to know for the total numbers for the buses so please register by Thursday, September 6 to grab your seat.
Free buses will depart from: Jyväskylä & Tampere, Turku, and Kouvola & Kotka (see details below).
A part-paid bus will operate from Kajaani, courtesy of Kaja Games (see details below)

Jyväskylä & Tampere

October 1st at 04:30 from Harjukatu bus stop.
Stops at Tampere Bus Station (Hatanpään valtatie 7): approx. 06:30

October 2 at 18:30 (after the event ends)
Stops at Tampere: approx. 20:00

NOTE: The event time of the EB listing is the actual conference’s schedule, NOT the time your specific bus ride leaves – that detail is listed above. The buses will take you to the conference on Tuesday morning and leave on Wednesday evening at around 6.30pm. (You need to sort your own accommodation for the night.)
