Thomas has over 15 years of experience working in the Games Industry and is currently the Head of Analytics at Outplay Entertainment.

Leading the Insights and Product Management group he and his team play a key part in providing the directions to shape development plans, manage Live Operations and nurture a growth culture throughout the company.

Having previously worked as Developer for a Business consultancy in Germany, Thomas moved to the UK and as Director of QA helped publishing and releasing over 30 Mobile and PC Games for I-play / Oberon media, managing multinational teams across Europe and the US.
