Kay is a deep-data based marketer with a passion for econometrics and mobile/PC games industry. His professional speciality lies in predictive modelling for freemium products and F2P. Kay started his career as a Daum Communications entertainment service marker. After Daum, Kay joined NEXON Mobile, a Seoul-based game publisher, to lead their strategic division. Kay then served as Director of New Biz Strategic division at NCsoft, a Seoul-based games company where he invested the hit game developers. Kay then joined Syntasia as their Chief Strategic Officer, a Seoul-based social sports games studio with ‘Baseball Heroes’ that was acquired by WonderPeople in 2016. Kay is now the CEO of GRAMPUS, a Seoul-based game studio focused on female casual game – ‘Cooking Adventure’ and IPs business.
