Leanne is Splash Damage’s PR and Events Manager, and has over seven years’ of experience in the video game industry. In 2018 Leanne took up the mantle as Splash Damage’s Diversity and Inclusivity Board leader, and set up the Women at Splash Damage group (WASD), which enables women within the studio to seek career advice, share ideas and grow as leaders. As a recent graduate from Splash Damage’s Leadership Development Programme and a recent nominee as one of the GamesIndustry.biz 100 Women in Games, Leanne is a rising star.
