Dr. Robert Hong Xiao received his Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Tsinghua University in 1989, and received his Master’s and Ph.D. Degrees in Engineering at University of Southern California followed respectively in 1991 and 1995. Dr Xiao has been serving as Chief Executive Officer of Perfect World since March 2013. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President in charge of human resources and administration, later Chief Operating Officer, and then Co-CEO after he joined the company in May 2008.
