INDIE EXPO TABLE OFFER – TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Only indie developers are eligible: independent game studios with fewer than 10 people.
- Table availability is limited. Tables are allocated at random to eligible studios who have applied daily until all tables are gone. Once all the tables are allocated, it will no longer be possible to apply for a table (although we may still except applications for complimentary indie tickets at our discretion).
- “A table” includes one standard showcase table, two chairs, and two standard indie tickets to the conference with full MeetToMatch access.
- No guarantees are made about the position of the table. No other guarantees are made about resources, equipment, signposting or other event collateral. If selected, you must bring everything you need to showcase your game.
- Tables offered and not accepted by the cut off date or unoccupied from the start of the event without reason or prior agreement will automatically be allocated to another eligible indie developer on our waiting list.
- All tables are allocated at Steel Media’s absolute discretion.
- Occupation of the tables are subject to the PG Connects standard T&Cs for rules of entry.
