Crystin has been making games for over 15 years. She currently works for Microsoft on the Azure PlayFab team helping developers improve the design and quality of LiveOps for games. She previously worked at ArenaNet where she founded the Commerce Team which designed and implemented the monetization strategy for the massively successful MMORPG Guild Wars 2. Before that, she worked at Nexon America where she led the team responsible for LiveOps on the global distribution of MapleStory. Early in her career she also worked at the Walt Disney Internet Group and NCSoft developing online games.
