In starting and building technology companies for over 30 years, David has founded or co-founded over 20 new start-up companies resulting in eight acquisitions and two IPOs. He has raised over $300 million in venture funding and helped create over $32 billion in high-water value.
David currently serves as Managing Director of Agnitio Capital, a boutique investment bank. Agnitio was founded by Shum Singh over 16 years and has always been focused exclusively on the video games marketplace working with independent game studios.
Prior to Agnitio, David founded three separate mobile game studios: (MF)Forma, sold to Millenium Capital; Z2, acquired by King (Trade Nations, Battle Nations, Metal Storm); and DropForge Games/WG Cells (Loot & Legends, SmashSquad) the mobile arm of Wargaming.
