Workshop: Unreal Engine – Bringing AAA To Mobile

With the ever advancing evolution of the power of mobile devices, the ability of developers to create full AAA experiences for mobile gamers is truly the present. This talk will highlight some of the optimization procedures Epic Games used to create a fully cross-play experience for Fortnite: Battle Royale on mobile devices, using the Unreal Engine to enable the ability to ship the same gameplay experience on PC, Console, and mobile devices.

Attendees will take away some concrete examples of game optimizations utilizing Unreal Engine that enable the highest fidelity mobile gaming experiences while meeting gameplay and performance requirements.
