Amazon Web Services provides infrastructure tailored for China: Amazon Web Service China Regions are located within Chinese mainland, and Amazon Web Services also provides ICP filing services. China Regions’ operations are separate from Amazon Web Services Global Regions. Therefore, you must create an Amazon Web Services account for accessing the China Regions.

Customers of Amazon Web Services China will have the same cloud service experience and enjoy the same level of security that they do when accessing Amazon Web Services Global Regions. APIs, SDKs, and CLIs for Amazon Web Services China Regions are the same as those for Amazon Web Services Global Regions. Therefore, developers do not need additional training to use services in Amazon Web Services China Regions to deploy their applications.
