After registering and completing verification, recruiters can publish jobs, receive candidate matches, see which candidates have expressed interest, message potential hires, and book meetings either at the event or online.

Recruiter Access
Best for teams hiring across several roles.
Includes full access to the matchmaking platform, the ability to publish up to 5 jobs online and on the on-site Careers Wall, candidate matching, direct messaging, and meeting booking.
Recruiter Lite Access
Best for teams with a smaller number of active roles.
Includes full platform access, up to 2 job posts online and on the Careers Wall, candidate matching, direct messaging, and meeting booking.
Recruiter Mini Access
Best for companies that want to promote one key vacancy.
Includes full platform access, 1 job post online and on the Careers Wall, candidate matching, direct messaging, and meeting booking.
On-Site Job Posts
Jobs can also be promoted on the on-site Careers Wall, giving recruiters additional visibility among senior talent at the conference and helping boost employer brand awareness.
Please note: on-site recruiters need a conference ticket. Recruiters joining online can still access Careers Zone and book meetings remotely.

Games Factory Talents’s advanced package, ‘RECRUITER ACCESS,’ enables you to publish five jobs online, view matching talent profiles, and engage with interested candidates. You can seamlessly book meetings with them through the online MeetToMatch platform and receive applications directly to your ATS. (Please note an attendee ticket to PG Connects is also required; this is an add-on.)
Games Factory Talents is also offering ‘RECRUITER LITE’ packages which include access to MeetToMatch for scheduling appointments with candidates, whilst its ‘JOB POST’ starter package enables you to publish job listings online and receive applications directly to your ATS.
APPLICANTS
For candidates seeking career opportunities, the Careers Zone is a gateway to discovery. We’ve simplified the application process, putting open roles from hiring studios directly on the Games Factory Talent platform.
You can take control of your career journey by requesting meetings with studio representatives directly in MeetToMatch from the Games Factory Talents platform.
On-site ticket holders at PG Connects can personalise their experience with matching jobs and face-to-face meetings with hiring managers (and also benefit from our programme of talks and panels, a networking party, and more).
Virtual Job Seeker Access pass holders who are not attending Pocket Gamer Connects will be able to browse the jobs board and connect with recruiters by email*.
*Please note: this takes place within the Games Factory Talents matchmaking platform – Virtual Job Seeker tickets do not include access to PGC Barcelona MeetToMatch.
