Francesco Berre is the founder of LJQ, a Hong Kong-based company focused on crafting a new model of eSports. LJQ is developing a multiplayer videogame that gives an advantage to players with a better step-counting result at the beginning of each match. The game will also be connected with the Hexabasket court, which allows the gamers to influence the physical game. This model can be applied for professional entertainment events, as well as introduced in schools to encourage a futuristic way to play, watch and live sport.
Previously, Francesco was a professional performance coach for basketball. He was part of the staff of the Montepaschi Siena, and after that, he worked for six years with the Shenzhen Leopards, where he also learned Mandarin.
He chooses to follow his vision, entering the videogames and eSports world with energy and passion to accomplish what he believes will be the start of a revolution in the sports industry.
