Lobson joined Outblaze in December 2000 as Product Manager. He was later promoted to Product & Project Director in 2007, Senior Director in 2009, and COO in 2014. He oversees and coordinates the management of projects, joint ventures, product development and day-to-day operations within the Group of companies. Lobson holds Master degrees in Information Systems, Linguistics, Communication and New Media. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Senior Certified Commercial E-Business Specialist.
