Unity China is the joint venture and the exclusive distributor of Unity (NYSE: U). As the world’s leading platform for creating and operating interactive real-time 3D(RT3D) content, Unity’s technology and solutions have been widely used in a various of industries, including game development, automotive manufacturing, architecture, industrial manufacturing, culture and tourism, media and entertainment.

As of 2023, games made with Unity accounted for 73% of the top 1,000 mobile games worldwide. By May 2024, over 85% of automakers in China’s smart electric vehicle sector use the Unity engine to develop in-car displays and dashboards.

Additionally, Unity’s digital twin solutions have been applied to many projects such as Hong Kong International Airport, Beijing Urban Construction, and Haier COSMOPlat. Unity China has now officially launched the localized Unity China Engine, known as “Tuanjie Engine,” marking a new chapter in Unity’s localization efforts in China.

Moving forward, Unity China will continue to increase its R&D investment, focusing on developing digital productivity tools tailored for China’s local software and hardware platforms. These tools will enrich digital experiences powered by real-time rendering technology, contributing to the secure, stable, and sustainable growth of China’s digital economy.
