Saikala drives performance marketing at Ubisoft, as the Director of User Acquisition for Mobile. Over a seven-year span, she has led the acquisition strategies for some of the biggest names in the gaming, including Space Ape Games, Miniclip and Plumbee. She’s built vibrant teams, engineered innovative processes and found creative ways to support business growth across a complete marketing mix. On top of her day job, Saikala gives back to the developers’ community through the Google Developer Expert program and is a proud member of the UA Society: a not-for-profit organisation designed to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among mobile app growth experts globally.
