FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I get a lateral flow test?

Lateral flow tests are available to order direct to your home or office from the NHS website (domestic attendees only). You can also pick up lateral flow tests from various pharmacies across the UK.
See the NHS website here for more details.

Can I test at the event?

For those presenting symptoms at the event, we will have a limited number of lateral flow tests available at reception. Alternatively, there will be pharmacies within walking distance of the venue to collect a test too.

Please note that all attendees should test before they arrive to the conference to protect all attendees and event staff.

The lateral flow tests on site are designed to be used in the rare occurrence that an attendee starts to feel unwell during the event itself.

Will you be providing lateral flow tests?

We will have a small number of lateral flow tests available at reception, however, we strongly encourage all attendees to test prior to visiting the venue. The on-site tests should be used for anyone who feels unwell at the event itself.

How close to the event should I test?

Lateral flow tests are valid for 48 hours, but we strongly recommend that you test the night before the event for the most up-to-date results.

Do I have to wear a mask on-site?

Masks are not mandatory for entry, but we do encourage all attendees to use good judgement and respect other attendees over the course of the conference.

At the time of writing, UK government regulations require that you wear a mask on public transport so please bear that in mind while travelling to the venue in London.
