Eric Rapps serves as Director of Corporate Development at Playtika where he is responsible for firm-wide corporate strategy and M&A. He also serves as Managing Director of Playtika Growth where he leads Playtika’s investment activities. Select transactions he has worked on include Playtika’s $4.4 billion sale to its current owners, a Chinese private equity consortium led by Giant Network Group, and the acquisitions of Jelly Button Games and Wooga. Previously, he served as Executive Associate to the CEO of Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Playtika’s former owner. He has a B.A. from McGill University, graduating with Joint Honors and Distinction and studied law at McGill University before leaving to found his first company.
