CEO
Etermax

Maximo has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Buenos Aires (ITBA). While studying in 2009 he created iStockManager, one of the first apps for buying and selling stock via mobile phones. The app became a success in the financial world and was bought by US online broker Ameritrade.

Etermax was born under Max’s leadership but it wasn’t until 2011 that the company started developing mobile games. Aworded was launched that same year, becoming an overnight success in Europe: it’s the most successful mobile game in Spain ever. A year later, another word game was released: Word Crack.

In 2013 Max expanded the theme of Etermax’s games and Trivia Crack was born. The game quickly ‘viralized’, becoming a worldwide smash hit with more than 60 million users and going on to become a TV show, a toy line, and a wide variety of retail products. This marked the first time that a game developed in Latin America achieved such a level of worldwide success. In 2014, Max was able to secure the rights to the Barcelona FC and the Real Madrid FC and two games based on those franchises have been released.
