Phil is responsible for leading international expansion in EMEA and APAC at Liftoff, a performance-based mobile user acquisition and retargeting technology company. As a 10-year veteran of the mobile ad industry, he has led and scaled multiple mobile-related businesses in new markets. Before joining Liftoff, Phil served as Head of Mobile for Twitter in EMEA, where he built and led a team focused on servicing the needs of top brands and apps. He joined Twitter through the TapCommerce acquisition, where he served as VP & GM of EMEA. He has also previously held leadership roles at Velti and Jumptap, and consulted for a number of mobile-ad businesses and app startups.
