Multiplayer game development (netcode) is known to be extremely challenging. Deterministic Game Engines with predict-rollback netcode will disrupt multiplayer game development for the good. They will allow games that are fair, have zero lag, cheat protection and low bandwidth. And all of this without any netcode to be written by the studio/developer – they only deal with input (from keyboard etc). This sounds all too good to be true?
